Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase market share
• Manage relationships with key e-commerce platforms and online retailers, negotiating favourable terms and ensuring seamless integration
• Monitor and analyse e-commerce data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise the customer experience and boost revenue
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and effective online content and campaigns
• Provide excellent customer service to e-commerce customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive brand experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to continuously improve the e-commerce channel
• Pitch potential sellers and boost sales

• Target-oriented
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce sales or account management, preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliances industry
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and data analytics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sales pitching
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or e-commerce
