Datacenter People is partnering with a global leader in power infrastructure for data centers and other mission-critical environments.

What The Job Involves
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales of White Space and Grey Space Products across Romandie direct and indirect clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients within the region.
  • Focus and direct handling of White Space Products and identification and coordination internally with experts on Grey Space Products.
  • Site management when installing and commissioning projects is handled by the installation team but handled by project management when it comes to liaising with the customer. It is also part of the responsibility of the Sales Manager to ensure smooth customer experience, for strategic matters.
  • Provide regular reporting in Salesforce for sharing information, Forecasting and Budget purposes.
  • Collaborate with the European Key Account team to ensure a unified approach to market penetration and customer engagement.
We Are Looking For Someone With
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with an appetite for sales contact or master’s degree in Sales with an appetite for Technical and Electrical knowledge.
  • Proven technical/ sales experience in power distribution industry (manufacturer, consultant, installer).
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with sales, marketing, and supply chain.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and an ability to translate technical insights into commercial strategies.
