Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Tangerang for a Sales Specialist.

• Identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
• Conducting sales presentations and negotiating contracts.
• Providing product training for clients.
• Offering excellent customer service and support to address client needs.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and improve overall sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries or concerns.
• Proven expertise in sales and sales management to meet targets and develop strategies for business growth.
• Experience in providing training to clients and team members on product usage and sales techniques.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and work on‑site in Tangerang.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in the water purification industry or a closely related field is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
