This is a full‑time on‑site position located in Tangerang, Indonesia, for a Channel Account Manager. Zeelandia Indonesia is looking for a Channel Bakery Account to drive growth in our B2B bakery segment, covering independent bakeries, local chains, and HORECA customers. In this role you act as the “marketing manager” of the channel: shaping strategy, defining focus products with Product Management and R&D, and turning them into strong commercial programs with the regional sales teams.
You will hunt for new high‑potential accounts, build development plans for key customers, and translate application know‑how from our Technical Bakers and Experience Centre into profitable concepts. If you have a strong commercial track record in food/B2B, understand the bakery world, and enjoy working cross‑functionally with regional teams, we would be happy to connect.
- Strong skills and experience in Account Management and maintaining collaborative and productive relationships with clients and partners
- Expertise in Channel Sales and understanding of Bakery Channel Partners, with a track record of achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales strategies to drive business growth
- Ability to develop and nurture long‑term partnerships, ensuring partner satisfaction and business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the bakery, food production, or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
