Associate Business Development Manager

Overview

Associate Business Development Manager – based in Indonesia (Banda Aceh). Reports to Head of Region. Travel requirement: 50%. Role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and converting prospects into qualified sales leads.

• Achieve sales goals through acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base.
• Develop sales of new products and identify new areas to sell existing products.
• Prepare reports detailing sales activities and identify issues needing attention.
• Review own sales performance against objectives and adjust focus to achieve goals.
• Follow territory coverage plan to meet defined customer contact frequency and support needs.
• Ensure sales activities comply with national, state, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide account support and administration to increase company product presence.
• Control budgets for a district or region.
• Lead specific sales events or projects to improve sales performance.

• Bachelor’s degree (business related courses a plus).
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving skills, result orientation, and financial acumen.
• Willingness to be deployed in all areas of Indonesia.
