Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV systems.
- Assist with traffic flow and guest assistance at the main entrance.
- Handle emergency situations (fire, medical, etc.) according to SOPs.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hotel Security Officer.
- Valid Security Guard Certificate (KTA/Gada Pratama).
- Disciplined, alert, and possesses good physical fitness.
- Basic English skills for guest interaction.
