Technical Writer

The selected candidate will be placed at PT Artajasa Pembayaran Elektronis, based in BSD, Tangerang Selatan.

We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation for applications and technology solutions. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in technology, technical documentation, and translating complex information into clear and structured content while working closely with technical teams.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications and system solutions.

Support the creation of API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI, UML diagrams, and FSDs.

Assist the System Solution Office (SSO) in organizing and managing technical documentation.

Collaborate with developers and system analysts to gather and validate technical information.

Review documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and completeness.

Maintain document repositories and version control for technical documentation.

Support preparation of user manuals, release notes, and implementation documentation.

Ensure technical documentation follows established standards and internal guidelines.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical fields.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong interest in technical writing, software development, and technology documentation.

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, APIs, and system architecture.

Familiarity with API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI, UML, or FSD is an advantage.

Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Confluence, Markdown, or similar tools is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and collaborate with technical teams.
