Import & Logistics Associate (Wine Distribution)

Wine Adore Indonesia is looking for an Import & Logistics Associate
to support our wine distribution operations
, with a focus on managing imports and product delivery into Singapore.

This role sits within the Logistics Team,
handling procurement coordination
, shipment tracking

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate wine procurement and import schedules from international suppliers (mainly Portugal)
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping providers, and Singapore-based customs agents
• Prepare, review, and track key shipping and import documentation (invoice, packing list, COO, COA, etc.)
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely and compliant delivery to the Singapore warehouse
• Support inventory alignment and stock reconciliation between warehouse and HQ
• Track landed costs (freight, duties, taxes) and assist with internal reporting
• Ensure import activities comply with Singapore customs regulations for alcoholic beverages
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and logistics teams to maintain seamless operations

• Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, import/export, or logistics (wine or F&B industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and import regulations (especially Singapore)
  is preferred
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and familiar with logistics, ERP, or inventory systems
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple shipments independently
• Comfortable working in a cross-border & multi-stakeholder environment
