Responsible for managing and optimizing delivery logistics, ensuring accuracy of logistics documentation, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian regulations.
Responsibilities- Compile carrier and route assignment
- Prepare Shipping Instructions accurately
- Track shipments and provide timely updates
- Check Harmonized System (HS) Codes if restricted or free
- Reporting all logistics activities to Logistics Manager
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant position (document filling) from logistics or forwarder company
- Have knowledge in Indonesian logistics regulations, documentation, and Harmonized System Codes
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
- Attention to detail and good communication skill
