Description

FINNS Bali is seeking for Logistic Staff, you will support the logistics operations of construction projects, including handling receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials / equipment to ensure they reach the site in a timely manner and in good condition. You will report to the Procurement Manager/Logistics Supervisor.

Bali, Indonesia
** Responsibilities* Receive and inspect incoming materials/equipment at warehouse or delivery point (check quantity, quality, physical condition).
* Assist with organizing and storing goods in warehouse/stockyard to ensure they are tidy, safe, & easily accessible.
* Record goods in/out accurately and update inventory/system records.
* Prepare materials/equipment for dispatch to project site per instructions (packing, loading, preparing delivery documents).
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages.
* Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in warehouse/logistic storage areas.
* Prepare logistics documentation: delivery notes, condition reports, damage reports, stock reports.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Site/Field, and Transport teams to ensure deliveries match schedule.
* Perform basic inspection of materials upon receipt; report any damage or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications
* 1‐2 years in logistics/warehousing/material handling; experience in construction projects is a plus
* Good record keeping of goods in/out, stock taking; familiarity with inventory systems; ability to understand delivery/receipt documents; basic MS Office skills (especially Excel)
* Detail‐oriented; good communication and coordination; disciplined and punctual; able to work in team; physical fitness for handling materials
* Willing to work at project site/field locations; willing to travel between sites if required
