Job opportunity for Warehouse Staff (MANDARIN SPEAKER) at PT Mosaic Solusi Indonesia in KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN, BANTEN, Indonesia.

• 与中国上级或供应商沟通仓库运营相关需求；
• 负责中印尼文文件、操作指引及系统内容的翻译工作；
• 协助仓库团队与管理层或中文供应商之间的沟通与协调；
• 管理仓库进出货数据，确保库存报表的准确性；
• 编制仓库日/周运营报告并提交上级；
• 协助监督货物的收货、存储及发货流程，确保符合SOP标准；
• 协助本地员工与中国管理人员之间的沟通协调。

• 工作经验 1 年以内；
• 大专及以上学历；
• 中文听说读写流利；
• 具备基础仓储管理及库存管理知识；
• 熟练使用办公软件（尤其是 Excel）；
• 工作认真细致，有纪律性，能承受工作目标压力；
• 具备团队合作精神，能适应多元文化工作环境。

• Communicate with Chinese superiors and suppliers regarding warehouse operational needs;
• Translate documents, work instructions, and system content from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa;
• Assist in coordinating communication between the warehouse team and management or Mandarin-speaking vendors;
• Manage inbound and outbound warehouse data and ensure the accuracy of inventory reports;
• Prepare daily and weekly warehouse operation reports and submit them to supervisors;
• Assist in supervising receiving, storage, and shipping processes in accordance with SOPs;
• Facilitate communication between local employees and Chinese supervisors/managers.

• Less than 1 year of working experience;
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree;
• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written);
• Basic knowledge of warehouse administration and inventory management;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under targets;
• A team player with the ability to adapt to a multicultural working environment.

Alternate-week schedule (5.5-day work week), 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM.

IDR 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 per month.

BPJS, THR, Overtime Pay.
