Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

PT Wira Energi is seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team in Tabanan, Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management of our warehousing and distribution operations. As Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory systems, coordinate with logistics partners, and lead a team to maintain the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

This role is essential to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to meet customer demands and business objectives.

Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods

Oversee inventory management, including stock counts, cycle counting and reconciliation of inventory records with physical stock

Ensure compliance with warehousing safety procedures, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards

Coordinate with logistics partners and transport providers to optimise delivery schedules and reduce costs

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain morale

Monitor and manage warehouse resources, including equipment maintenance, storage capacity and material handling equipment

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accurate order fulfilment and minimal damages

Prepare and analyse warehouse performance reports, including metrics on productivity, efficiency and cost management

Identify and resolve operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency

Liaise with other departments, including sales, procurement and finance, to support overall business objectives

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervisory roles

Experience with LNG shipping procedures and port documentation

Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, inventory systems and staff teams

Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and experience with inventory management software

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Sound understanding of safety regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in warehousing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data analysis

Physical fitness and ability to work in a warehouse environment

Fluency in Indonesian and English languages is preferred

Experience with export/import procedures and customs documentation is advantageous
