Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Audit Staff (Semi-Qualified CA) to support US and Indian audit engagements. The role involves executing audit procedures, preparing working papers, and ensuring compliance with applicable auditing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on financials audit for US clients in accordance with US GAAP and PCAOB/GAAS (training support provided)
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits for Indian clients, Support audits as per Indian GAAP, Companies Act, and Standards on Auditing (SA)
- Execute audit procedures under supervision and document audit work papers
- Perform vouching, verification, and reconciliation of financial statements
- Identify audit issues and communicate findings to seniors/managers
- Assist in preparation of audit reports and client deliverables
- Coordinate with clients to obtain audit data and clarifications
- Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Accounting & Auditing concepts
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP / Indian GAAP
- Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

- Good analytical and documentation skills
- Ability to work in multiple engagements and tight deadlines
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Willingness to work in US audit time zones when required

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Prior exposure to US audits / Big 4 / CPA firms
- Knowledge of audit tools/software
