US Accounting & Financial Finalization

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Accountant with strong hands-on exposure to US accounting and end-to-end finalization. The ideal candidate will manage general ledger activities, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and support audits while ensuring compliance with US GAAP

Job Description
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in General Accounting

Strong experience in financial close and finalization

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP

Hands-on experience with GL accounting, reconciliations, and reporting

Exposure to audit support and financial statement preparation

Proficiency in ERP systems (Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, Quick Books, etc.)

Strong Excel skills

Excellent analytical and communication skillss.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end general accounting including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close & finalization
- Prepare and review balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and onshore stakeholders
- Assist in variance analysis and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records
- Work on process improvements and automation initiatives
- Shift Timing-5.30pm-2.30AM
- Ahmedabad , Indore location
