Accountant, Tax Accountant, Financial Reporting

Job position - Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Handle accounting activities with a focus on accurate expense management and proper recording in respective ledgers.​
Keep track of all company expenses, their entries and mapping to correct accounts in   Tally software.​
Perform   bank reconciliation   and match it with sales recorded on different e‑commerce platforms.
Conduct stock reconciliation and ensure accuracy of stock records with books.​
Prepare budgets and support financial planning activities as required by management.​
Coordinate with the CA to complete books and bank accounts in time and to ensure timely and proper filing of taxes.​
Knowledge of GST, TDS and other compliances.​
Keep all accounting entries up to date and maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance.​
Follow-up with parties for payments and outstanding dues.​
Coordinate with banks for routine banking work and processing vendor payments.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

2-5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role is highly desirable.
Technical

Skills:

Proficiency in Tally ERP.
Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and financial reporting.

Experience with MIS, Excel, and Google Spreadsheets.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
