Chartered Accountant

Monitor and manage general accounting activities including reconciliations, financial analysis and reporting operations.
Coordinate all accounting activities associated with the general Ledger like fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank.
General Accounting & Reconciliation
Assist in Funds planning and bank accounts positioning.
Manage Bank receipt entries.
Handle Tour bill operations, Journal and Cash Voucher entries, payment of Tour advance, Service Vendor payment, maintain and check cash book of branches, reconciliation of Customer Ledgers.
Monitor and manage Vendor account payments (through RTGS/ NEFT details), preparation of Vendor cheques, and reconciliation of Vendor accounts (like of Contractor, Insurance).
MIS, GST, TDS Return
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships both externally with suppliers and vendors and internally with departments for higher efficiencies.
Working as per the functional objectives.
Provide accurate and timely MIS reports as required or specified from time to time, pertaining to the function and to undertake any other duties as entrusted by seniors.
