Account Executive

Job Title:

Accounts Executive (1–2 Years Experience)

Indore (Candidates from Indore only)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented  Accounts Executive  with strong accounting knowledge and excellent MS Excel skills to join our finance team.
Eligibility
Postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification in Accounts, Finance, Commerce, or Management.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
Candidates should be based in  Indore .
Key Skills
Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing business requirements.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP/Accounting software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Roles & Responsibilities
Support Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
Assist in US payroll processing and related reconciliations.
Prepare reports, MIS, and reconciliations using MS Excel.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams and adhere to established finance processes.
