What You'll Be Doing

Take the lead on visuals:
You will own the design across brand identity, social media creatives, packaging, and animation.
Present your work:
You'll pitch concepts to clients, explain the 'why' behind your design choices, and refine the work based on their feedback.
Guide others:
You will mentor junior designers by giving them clear, constructive feedback and hands-on help when they need it.
Create fresh ideas:
We want you to bring original, innovative ideas to the table that fit the project's needs perfectly.
Manage your workflow:
You will handle multiple projects on your own and hit deadlines without needing constant supervision.
Stay ahead of the curve:
You'll keep up with new design trends and tech, using modern tools to keep our process efficient.
Turn strategy into design:
You will take strategic plans and translate them into clear visual systems that work on every platform.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

2 to 4 years of professional experience in branding, graphic design, motion design, or packaging.
Strategic mindset:
You can connect your design decisions to real business and brand goals.
Tool mastery:
You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Core design skills:
You have hands-on skills in animation, typography, grids, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Production knowledge:
You know the technical standards for both print and digital files.
Strong communication:
You can present your ideas clearly and confident enough to defend your design choices.
Team player:
You collaborate smoothly with internal teams and clients alike.
