Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Academic Subject Specialist. The responsibilities include creating and curating high-quality educational content, analyzing existing materials, conducting research, and ensuring alignment with the latest educational standards. The role also involves collaborating with subject matter experts and colleagues to develop engaging and innovative learning resources, along with facilitating training sessions to enhance educational delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to convey concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess and improve educational content.
- A solid background in education, with experience in curriculum design and development.
- Proficiency in research and the ability to gather and synthesize information.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and fostering learning engagement.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Proficiency with eLearning tools and technologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
