DEPARTMENT - ACADEMIC PROGRAM OFFICE

We are looking for Program Manager - Academic Program Office for the Gurugram campus.
Objective of the Role
To Assist the Program Manager with the Academic Calendar for the assigned program.
Key Responsibilities
• Ownership of program office activities covering all aspects of program delivery and participants’ learning experience
• Handle all academic operations related to the course. Being the first point contact for participants, troubleshoot queries and manage attendance.
• Preparing schedules of classes and Examination, evaluation, grading and coordinating with faculty (including senior professionals from the industry)
• Monitoring participants’ performance in the program and escalating cases when needed.
• Collating course outlines, learning material and grades from faculty
• Preparing term-wise results and final consolidated results
• Ensure smooth conduct of examinations.
• Ensure infrastructure and technology readiness during classroom
• Coordinating between departments relating to student’s activities on and off campus.
• You will have to do any other assignment given by the Director and reporting manager after mutual consent.
Qualifications
• MANDATED - 3-5 years of experience in program office in higher education institution, minimum 03 years should be as an Program Assistant
• Excellent written and spoken English and presentation skills
• Master degree from a reputed school/ university
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel is a must
• Hands on approach and good in Microsoft Office – Power point and Word Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible and constructive approach
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets with a keen eye on planning and execution
• Strong inter-personal skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude
• Multiple stakeholder management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethics with committement to excellence and committment to being ahead of schedules
