Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Vice Principal for our school in Indore. The candidate will support in academic leadership, operational management, and student and teachers’ development. Strong administrative skills, academic expertise, and leadership qualities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure effective implementation of the ICSE curriculum.

* Supervise academic planning, lesson execution, and assessment standards including examinations

* Monitor classroom teaching and maintain academic quality.

* Implement and oversee Quality Management Systems to ensure continuous improvement in academic and administrative processes.

* Establish quality benchmarks aligned with ICSE standards and school vision.

* Conduct regular academic audits, classroom observations, and performance reviews to maintain excellence.

* Oversee daily school operations and ensure smooth functioning.

* Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with ICSE norms and school policies.

* Organise teachers’ training programmes and staff performance evaluations.

* Coordinate examinations, timetables, and academic records.

* Address and resolve concerns of parents, students, and teachers in a professional, empathetic, and timely manner.

* Foster strong parent–school partnerships and ensure transparent communication.

* Support student well-being, academic growth, and behavioural development.

* Assist in strategic planning and overall school development.
