Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Coding Instructor. The role involves creating and delivering interactive coding lessons, mentoring students to improve technical skills, and providing feedback on coding projects. Responsibilities include designing curriculum content, conducting live sessions, supporting students with their coding queries, and ensuring an engaging and enriching learning experience. Participation in regular team meetings and collaboration with other instructors to enhance the program is also expected.
Qualifications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar coding languages
Experience with teaching, mentoring, or curriculum development in coding or programming
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide students in debugging and troubleshooting code
Knowledge of web development, APIs, and database management is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with students
Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a team
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant work or project experience is also highly valued
Prior experience in EdTech or a similar e-learning environment is a bonus
