Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Assist counsellors in handling inbound student leads generated by the marketing team.
Conduct initial contact and basic qualification of student enquiries as per ADMIVO process.
Schedule counselling sessions and follow-ups for senior counsellors.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or internal tracking sheets.
Coordinate with the 'Applications Department' for status of shortlisting, offers and applications.
Support students with basic information related to counselling process, documentation and timelines.
Follow up with assigned leads and update status regularly.
Escalate serious or high-potential leads to senior counsellors and team leads.
Support admission conversion activities and post-counselling coordination.
