Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Academic Advisor based in Indore. The Senior Academic Advisor will be responsible for providing academic and career guidance to students, advising on course selections, and helping students form educational and career goals. The role involves frequent communication with students, tracking their academic progress, and conducting regular counseling sessions. The Advisor will work closely with faculty and administrative staff to support student needs.

Qualifications
Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Strong Communication and Academic Advising skills
Education background or relevant teaching experience
Ability to advise and support students in their academic and career goals
Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for student success
Counseling, or a related field is preferred
Experience in online education or EdTech industry is a plus
