Role Description   The French Lecturer will deliver high-quality classroom instruction in French language and literature to law students, designing and conducting lectures, tutorials, and language practice sessions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, developing curricula aligned with institutional standards, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing academic guidance and mentoring. The role involves contributing to language-related research and co-curricular activities, such as workshops or language clubs, to enhance learners’ proficiency and cultural understanding.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at Indore Institute of Law in Indore, requiring regular campus presence and active participation in departmental and institutional initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in French Teaching and Language Teaching for higher education learners.
Sound knowledge of French Literature and related cultural contexts.
Background in Education and Lecturing, including experience designing and delivering structured courses.
Relevant academic qualifications, preferably a Master’s degree or higher in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
Prior teaching experience at the college or university level, ideally within professional or interdisciplinary programs.
Ability to create engaging, learner-centered teaching materials and assess student progress effectively.
Excellent communication skills, classroom management abilities, and a collaborative approach to working with faculty and staff.
