Job Overview  We are looking for a skilled  3D Character Rigger  who can create efficient, animator-friendly rigs for characters and creatures. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of animation workflows.

Key Responsibilities   Create high-quality  character and creature rigs  for animation and cinema tics
Develop  clean skeletons, controls, constraints, and deformers
Ensure rigs are optimized for  performance and animator usability
Collaborate closely with  modelers, animators, and technical artists
Troubleshoot and fix rigging and deformation issues
Maintain consistency with studio pipelines and quality standards
Required Skills   Strong experience in  Maya / Blender  (rigging tools)
Solid understanding of  anatomy, joint placement, and skinning

Experience with  FK/IK systems, facial rigging, and blend shapes
Knowledge of  weight painting and deformation techniques
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications   Experience in  gaming, animation, or cinematic projects
Knowledge of  Python or MEL scripting  (a plus)
Familiarity with  motion capture workflows
Portfolio or demo reel showcasing  rigging work
