As part of our national expansion, we are building a structured, performance-driven sales organization and are hiring experienced Area Sales Managers to lead territory growth across Pharma Manufacturing and Hospital segments.
Role Objective
To drive revenue growth within the assigned territory by managing key institutional accounts, distributors, and a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) across Pharma Manufacturing Plants and/or Hospital & Healthcare institutions.

Locations for PHARMA DIVISION: Ahmedabad | Baddi | Dehradun | Mumbai | Indore | Goa
Key Responsibilities for PHARMA DIVISION:
KRAs
Achieve monthly & annual territory sales targets
Acquire new pharma plants and expand existing accounts
Conduct technical discussions, trials & validations
Work with QA/QC/Production/Procurement teams
Drive distributor billing & secondary sales
Lead and coach BDE team
Ensure collections & commercial hygiene
Track competitor activity & pricing
KPIs
Monthly billing vs target
New plant onboarding
Trial-to-conversion ratio
Distributor productivity
Team target achievement
Collection efficiency
Experience Required
5–8 years B2B / Pharma / Industrial sales
Experience selling to pharma plants preferred
Distributor handling experience mandatory
Entitlements: Salary + Incentives + Travel reimbursement
Locations for HOSPITAL DIVISION: Ahmedabad | Baddi | Dehradun | Mumbai | Indore | Goa
Key Responsibilities for HOSPITAL DIVISION:
KRAs
Achieve monthly billing targets
Onboard new hospitals & chains
Manage rate contracts & repeat orders
Build strong relationships with purchase/admin teams
Drive distributor secondary sales
Coach BDEs and improve coverage
Ensure collections & supply consistency
KPIs
Monthly revenue
New hospital additions
Repeat order frequency
Distributor billing
Team productivity
Collections
Experience & Skill Requirements
4–7 years hospital / healthcare / medical device / hygiene sales
Institutional selling experience preferred
