Job Duties :
Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support in PCRF/CHF domain.
Provide Level 2 support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Diameter, Provisioning on any associated protocols.
Manage and resolve complex customer issues escalated from the Monitoring support team.
Monitor and troubleshoot PCRF/OCS  related incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution.
Perform regular technical analysis to ensure the optimization and quality of the services.
Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct testing and verification of any implemented changes in configurations to ensure they meet regulatory and service requirements.
Generate reports, analyse service/operational KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures.
Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities, including resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and partner interactions.
Change implementation.
Handle communications with other domains.
Build knowledge and manage daily operation activities to high efficiency.
Collaborate with our Partners and internal stakeholders to identify issue and fixes incidents within the agreed service SLA.
Be part of an on-call shift rotation pool.
Availability to work occasionally during nights and weekends to provide support for urgent issues or scheduled maintenance.

Roles/Responsibilities and Expertise :
PCRF/CHF experience.
Hands on in at least one of the below vendors/ products:
Oracle: CHF, PCF and Nokia : DRA/DEA

Experience with monitoring, testing tools, troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis.
Proficient in using industry-standard tools for analysing KPIs and metrics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with trace reading and troubleshooting.

Working experience on Openstack or Kubernetes.
Certifications or Trainings CCNA, CKA, Open Stack COA is advantageous.
Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English (verbal and written is advantageous).
Method of Procedure preparation and validation experience.
Configuration implementation experience.
