Casino Elite operates a licensed online casino exclusively for the Belgian market. Our technology and operations hub is based in Indore. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in search PPC, affiliate marketing, and SEO to drive high-quality player acquisition and long-term visibility in a competitive market.
Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be directly responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing search PPC campaigns, building/managing an affiliate partner program, and executing SEO initiatives to grow organic traffic. This is a hands-on role — you will manage campaigns, monitor results daily, and deliver reports that tie marketing activity to Casino Elite’s business KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize Google & Bing Search PPC campaigns for the Belgian market.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, keywords, and ad copy to maximize first-time deposits (FTDs) at sustainable CPAs.
- Develop and manage an affiliate program: partner onboarding, tracking, KPI monitoring, fraud detection.
- Execute SEO initiatives hands-on: keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization, link-building coordination, content strategy.
- Ensure all tracking and reporting is GDPR-compliant (GA4, GTM, Consent Mode, server-side tagging).
- Build weekly dashboards/reports that show campaign spend vs. FTDs, NGR, and LTV.
- Stay updated on Belgian iGaming marketing regulations and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with search PPC campaigns (large budgets preferred).
- Experience in affiliate marketing or strong ability to learn and execute quickly.
- Strong SEO execution skills (technical + content + off-page).
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio/Power BI, attribution modeling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to link marketing to business revenue KPIs.
- Independent, hands-on executor — comfortable in a solo role initially.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
