Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and guide the PPC team across all ad platforms
Develop full-funnel paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals
Manage budgets, pacing, campaign structure, and ongoing optimizations
Analyze performance data and prepare insightful reports
Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
Ensure accurate tracking setup (GA4, GTM, pixels, events, conversions)
Collaborate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies
Stay updated with platform changes, best practices, and industry trends
Key
Skills & Qualifications
3–5+ years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising
Proven track record of managing high-budget and performance-driven campaigns
Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
