Description:

Jira and Confluence cloud administrator:

• User Management:  Create and manage user accounts and permissions.

• Space Configuration:  Set up and customize Jira and Confluence spaces.

• System Administration:  Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates.

• Automation:  Implement automation rules to streamline workflows.

• Reporting and Dashboards:  Create custom dashboards and reports using JQL.

• Integration Management:  Integrate Jira and Confluence with other tools and applications.

• Customization:  Develop custom fields, workflows, and Confluence templates.

• Feedback and Improvement:  Gather user feedback and implement enhancements.

• Platform Management:  Oversee upgrades, provide support, and contribute to the further development of our suite of tools.

• Scripting and Task Automation:  Utilize bash, shell, Powershell, Java script and Groovy for consumption scripts and task automation.

• Plugins:  XRAY, Big Picture, Big Template, Rich Filters, DrawIO,

• Migration support:  Supporting the cloud migration activities.

• SQL knowledge

• Training and Support:  Provide user training and create documentation.

• Best Practices:  Promote best practices and ensure compliance with policies.
