Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Google Ads Expert role based in Indore. The Google Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, creating, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, You Tube, Performance Max, and other relevant networks. Daily tasks include conducting keyword research, writing and testing ad copy, setting up conversion tracking, managing budgets and bids, and analyzing performance data to improve ROI.
The role involves creating and presenting performance reports, identifying opportunities for scaling, performing A/B tests, and implementing best practices. The Google Ads Expert will collaborate closely with account managers, designers, and other digital marketing specialists to align campaigns with client goals and broader marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management, including Search, Display, Shopping, You Tube, and Performance Max.
Hands-on skills in keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management.
Proficiency in performance analysis using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and other tracking/reporting tools.
Ability to write and optimize compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams on effective ad assets.
Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
Solid understanding of broader digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media advertising, and remarketing.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Google Ads certifications and prior experience in a digital marketing agency environment are highly preferred.
