Roles & Responsibilities
Independently handle wireless network operations and act as an SME when required
Provide technical support for wireless communication systems and network-related issues
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application-level network problems
Ensure timely resolution of incidents impacting wireless network performance
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless network operations
Monitor network performance using diagnostic and monitoring tools
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance network efficiency and reliability
Stay updated with emerging wireless technologies, protocols, and industry trends
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for network operations and support processes
Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and operational procedures
