Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager – Projects to handle property management and civil construction projects. The role involves overseeing existing properties, managing new construction, handling licensing and compliance, contractor coordination, budgeting, and project execution to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Visting various Govt. Departments for scruting,follow –ups and tracking of all the project proposals.
2) Expertise to liaise with various central/state Govt.

Dept.
3) Liaise with Building proposal/Local Development Authorities/UPPCL Dept./Fire Departments/Jal Nigam/Pollution Department/GST Department/NCLAT Court/Jurdiction Court.
4) Liaise with Revenue Dept./Land Approvals Dept./Water and Electricity Dept.

- Manage existing properties, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Oversee civil construction projects from planning to execution
- Handle licensing, permits, and liaison with government authorities
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and cash flows
- Manage contractors, vendors, and procurement
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and regulatory compliance
- Provide regular project and financial updates to management

Qualification &

Experience:
