Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Collections Manager based in Indore. The Agency Collections Manager will oversee daily collection operations, coordinate with clients, manage field executives, ensure timely recoveries, and maintain accurate records. This role involves monitoring collection performance, strategizing to improve recovery rates, and reporting to senior management. The manager will also handle escalations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide training and support to the collections team.

Experience in Debt Management, Collections, and Recoveries
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports
Ability to develop and implement collection strategies
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
