Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Production Manager  to lead operations at our Jetapur factory. The role is primarily responsible for  managing the shop floor  and ensuring  daily production targets  are consistently achieved. The facility currently runs with  450 machines  and will be scaled up to  600 machines .

Key Responsibilities
Manage the production floor to deliver  daily output targets  with optimum efficiency.
Supervise and coordinate  line operations  across stitching, finishing, and related processes.
Drive  machine utilization, productivity, and delivery performance .
Ensure adherence to  production schedules, quality standards, and timelines .
Monitor workforce allocation, line balancing, and resolve bottlenecks in real time.
Maintain discipline, motivation, and efficiency of the shop floor workforce.
Report daily production status, variances, and corrective actions.
Prepare the factory for scale-up to 600 machines, including workforce and operational readiness.

Skills & Experience Required
10–12 years of experience  in garment manufacturing, preferably in  ladies ethnic wear .
Strong background in  fabric handling and garment production processes .
Proven ability to  run large-scale stitching operations  with 400+ machines.
Hands-on leadership style with excellent  floor management skills .
Track record of consistently achieving  daily/weekly production targets .
Strong people management and problem-solving abilities.
