Led by a team of IIT-IIM alumni and experienced professionals in design, construction, and real estate, the company addresses key challenges faced by landowners, property buyers, and investors.

RECONPRO offers tailored consulting services, including builder and agency assessments, design and engineering recommendations, project management, and legal assistance to provide end-to-end client support.

Role Description
The Marketing Research Intern will play a key role in gathering and analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and supporting the growth strategy of RECONPRO. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting in-depth market research, analyzing data to uncover actionable insights, and preparing reports and presentations to support strategic decisions. The intern will also assist in both quantitative and qualitative research, as well as contribute to effective communication strategies.

This is a part-time, one month, on-site role based in Indore.

Key Deliverables
Identify and meet builders in the assigned territory.
Fill the research questionnaire to gather insights from builder's segment.
Conduct structured market research conversations.
Understand builder's challenges in Project management, Customer handling, Sales etc.
Introduce RECONPRO Tech platform concept and capture feedback.
Maintain builder's database and interaction notes.
Share daily insights and observations with the mgmt team.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Market Research and Quantitative Research methodologies.
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to provide actionable insights.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
Strong Research skills with an ability to gather and synthesise complex information.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is an added advantage.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
