About the Role

The Cluster Head will be responsible for overseeing multiple retail stores within Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the gems & jewellery retail business. The candidate will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, implement brand standards, and manage store teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business & Sales Management

- Achieve sales targets and profitability across all stores in the cluster.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, footfall, conversion ratio, ASP (average selling price), inventory turnover, etc.
- Plan and execute regional sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities.

2. Store Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all stores.
- Drive adherence to SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, and compliance standards.
- Monitor inventory management, stock movement, and shrinkage control.

3. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff across the cluster.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and build high-performing teams.
- Promote a culture of customer centricity, accountability, and teamwork.

4. Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure exceptional customer experience in line with brand values.
- Handle escalations and build long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Oversee implementation of CRM initiatives and loyalty programs.

5. Business Expansion & Strategy

- Identify new business opportunities within the cluster.
- Collaborate with senior management on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and expansion planning.
- Drive innovation in retail practices to enhance customer engagement.

Key Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in gems & jewellery / luxury retail, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery product categories (gold, diamond, platinum, solitaires, etc.) and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with proven ability to build client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the cluster.
