Key Responsibilities
Oversee complete store operations, including sales, staff, inventory, and customer service
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouse and suppliers
Handle billing, reporting, and daily sales tracking
Build strong customer relationships and handle escalations professionally
Ensure smooth store launch and operational setup
Requirements
3–7 years of retail management experience (furniture/home décor preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication abilities
Good understanding of retail operations and inventory management
Comfortable with basic reporting and billing software
