Scope of Work
We are looking for an experienced trainer to deliver a sales capability building program for frontline teams (ASEs / FOS) in the FMCG/Retail space.
The engagement will involve:
Facilitating classroom training sessions on sales effectiveness
Driving modules on product selling, cross-selling, and premium category push
Enabling participants on gate meetings, outlet execution, and strike rate improvement
Running role plays, discussions, and field-relevant simulations
Ensuring high engagement and practical learning transfer
Brief Requirement
Strong experience in FMCG / Retail sales training (mandatory)
Prior experience working with distributors, frontline sales teams, or general trade
Ability to connect concepts with real market scenarios
Skilled in facilitation, not just presentation
Based in Indore
Availability for upcoming training schedules (to be discussed)
