Role:
Head of Marketing
Are you a creative leader with a passion for luxury branding and customer engagement
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to spearhead our brand growth, customer acquisition, and retail excellence in the jewellery sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for retail & digital platforms
Strengthen brand presence through innovative campaigns and events
Manage ATL/BTL activities, social media, and influencer collaborations
Drive customer loyalty & engagement programs
Conduct competitor analysis and market research
Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, aligning strategies with sales objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
8–12 years of marketing experience (Luxury / Retail / Jewellery preferred)
Strong expertise in branding, digital marketing & retail promotions
Proven track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns
Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills
Creative mindset with a passion for luxury & design
