This role demands a high level of integrity in financial transactions and Cash Register Management, while leading a diverse team to meet service and efficiency benchmarks. Direct oversight of cash register handling, ensuring 100% accuracy in billing, reconciliation, and secure cash-office proced
ures.

Conflict Resolu tion:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring professional and timely resolu
tion.

Financial Integ rity:
Ensure all front-end processes strictly adhere to company audit guidelines and financial safety proto

cols.

Team Leadership & Perfor
mance

Mentor ship:
Lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team of associates to achieve daily operational object
ives.

Performance Trac king:
Monitor and analyze team KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solut
ions.

Provide ongoing training to team members to enhance their operational and customer service sk

Develop and execute localized procedures to enhance store efficiency and minimize operational fric

Collaborate with other departments (Inventory, Merchandising, Logistics) to ensure store-wide goals are

Generate and present detailed reports on team productivity and business performance to senior leader

ship.

Experience:

Relevant background in Retail Ops, Supply Chain, or FMCG. Cash register handling experience is a m
