The Operations Team Lead (TL) is responsible for the seamless execution of day-to-day store operations at our Indore location. This role demands a high level of integrity in financial transactions and Cash Register Management, while leading a diverse team to meet service and efficiency benchmarks. Cashiering Excell ence:
Direct oversight of cash register handling, ensuring 100% accuracy in billing, reconciliation, and secure cash-office proced
ures.
Conflict Resolu tion:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring professional and timely resolu
tion.
Financial Integ rity:
Ensure all front-end processes strictly adhere to company audit guidelines and financial safety proto
cols.
Team Leadership & Perfor
mance
Mentor ship:
Lead, motivate, and guide a diverse team of associates to achieve daily operational object
ives.
Performance Trac king:
Monitor and analyze team KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solut
ions.
Staff Develop ment:
Provide ongoing training to team members to enhance their operational and customer service sk
ills.
Process & Efficiency Improv
ement
Policy Implementa tion:
Develop and execute localized procedures to enhance store efficiency and minimize operational fric
tion.
Cross-Functional Align ment:
Collaborate with other departments (Inventory, Merchandising, Logistics) to ensure store-wide goals are
met.
Strategic Repor ting:
Generate and present detailed reports on team productivity and business performance to senior leader
ship.

Qualific
ations
Experience:
Relevant background in Retail Ops, Supply Chain, or FMCG. Cash register handling experience is a m
andate.
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to guide and develop
a team.
Problem-Solving:
Proactive approach to resolving operational bottlenecks and handling customer co
ncerns.
