Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Beauty Advisor based in Indore. The Retail Beauty Advisor will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, offer personalized product recommendations, and share detailed product knowledge. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with skincare and beauty needs, demonstrating product applications, meeting sales goals, and fostering an inviting customer experience within the store environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Cosmetology and expertise in Skin Care
Strong understanding of Product Knowledge and the ability to explain product benefits
Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
Experience in Retail Sales with an ability to meet and surpass sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated with a professional demeanor
Certification or training in beauty or skincare is a plus
Passion for wellness, beauty, and luxury self-care products
