Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Store Manager at an Apple Store. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include optimizing the customer experience, maintaining inventory control, driving sales performance, managing retail loss prevention, and creating an environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.

Proven expertise in Customer Service and achieving Customer Satisfaction goals
Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal relations
Experience in Store Management, including overseeing operations and leading a team
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to meet sales targets and enhance store performance
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in retail management or a related field
Passion for technology and familiarity with Apple products
