Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Senior Beauty Consultant role based in Indore. The Senior Beauty Consultant will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance products. The role involves conducting professional skin and product consultations, demonstrating application techniques, and educating customers on product benefits and routines. The consultant will drive retail sales by meeting and exceeding targets, managing product displays, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring stock is well-organized and replenished.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling customer concerns, maintaining a premium in-store experience aligned with the brand, mentoring junior team members, and sharing feedback from customers with the store and brand teams.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to provide safe, informed, and personalized beauty consultations.
Solid product knowledge across skincare, bath and body, and fragrance categories, and the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
Proven customer service skills, with a customer-first approach and the ability to build long-term relationships and trust.
Demonstrated retail sales experience, including achieving or exceeding sales targets and using up-selling and cross-selling techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polished, professional, and brand-aligned presentation.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, including weekends and peak retail hours, with a high level of reliability and punctuality.
Experience in luxury or premium beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
Certification or formal training in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or related fields is an advantage.
