Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Beauty Consultant role based in Indore. The consultant will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized product recommendations across skincare, bath and body, and wellness categories. Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating products, explaining ingredients and benefits, offering basic beauty and skincare guidance, and ensuring an elevated in-store experience aligned with Kimirica's brand values.

The role also involves achieving retail sales targets, managing product displays and merchandising, maintaining store hygiene and stock levels, and handling billing and basic POS operations. The consultant will support promotional activities, share feedback from customers, and collaborate closely with the store team to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications

Strong cosmetology and skin care knowledge, with the ability to provide safe, informed beauty and skincare guidance.
Solid product knowledge across fragrances, bath and body, skincare, and wellness, and the ability to explain features and benefits clearly.
Customer service skills that include active listening, empathy, and the ability to create welcoming, inclusive in-store experiences.
Retail sales capabilities, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store sales targets.
Good communication skills in English and local languages, with a professional and polished presentation.
Ability to stand for extended periods, manage multiple customers, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or premium retail environments is an advantage.
Minimum high school diploma; vocational training or certification in cosmetology or skincare is preferred.
