Lunchroom and Playground Aide

Reports To:

Principal

To provide for the students’ safety and needs by supervising.

• High School Diploma preferred.
• May need CPR training.

• Patrol designated areas.
• Maintain a supervised lunch period both inside and outside; student conduct is the direct responsibility of the supervisor.
• Enforce good lunchroom manners; running and misconduct shall not be tolerated.
• Supervise playground by enforcing reasonable safety practices.
• Mediate disagreements.
• Escort injured students to school office.
• Enforce playground rules and perform additional duties assigned by the principal.
• Cleaning of lunchroom may occasionally be necessary (not a primary responsibility).

• Attend staff meetings as appropriate.
• Perform other tasks and assume other responsibilities as assigned by an administrator.
