• Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience in a home or facility setting.
• Valid CNA certification or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Background check and references required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
