We offer extensive training and the opportunity to relocate to other national sites. We pay every Friday and most driving positions are home daily.
Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL required; applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card required; must be current or able to obtain.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years.
- 3‑year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- Follow all federal, state, and agency laws, regulations, standards, and guidelines.
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.
- English language proficiency required for federal compliance (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
- Work the required schedule and location; complete Penske employment application, background investigation (employment, education, criminal history), and drug screening.
- Regulated by the Department of Transportation and designated as safety sensitive; must maintain alertness and ensure safety of self and others.
- Must see and hear; required visual abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Must move frequently, stand, walk, and sit; use hands to touch, handle, and feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Must lift/move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly and up to 100 lbs (45 kg) occasionally.
- Must legally operate a motor vehicle and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
