Marvin Engineering designs and produces military Alternate Mission Equipment. Marvin Test Solutions designs and manufactures armament Test Equipment.

Scope
The Business Analyst (BA) will report directly to the IT Application Manager and is responsible for providing Super User and end‑user support related to operational issues, configuration & enhancement efforts and key projects. The BA will provide best practice solutions to the business and training in SAP and should have solid knowledge and experience in business processes, problem solving skills and process improvements.
Customer Service Role
The BA will provide support for the following functional areas:
- Contracts & BD
- Program Management
- Operations (back up for primary analyst)
- Depot
- Finance
Business Process Expertise
Expertise in one or more of the following business processes is required:
- Order to cash process (SAP SD Module: contract, delivery, billing)
- Production planning process (SAP PP module)
- Depot process (SAP MRO process)
- Finance and Controlling processes (SAP module: FI/CO)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify areas of improvement and implement SAP enhancements to increase process efficiencies.
- Interact with all levels of the company to ensure the SAP system meets organizational needs.
- Meet regularly with internal customers to document issues, new requirements, and respond to customer needs.
Skills and Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a related field.
- 8+ years of professional work experience (or current BA/BS students will be considered).
- Solid knowledge of business processes within SD, PP, FI/CO modules or MRO process.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven effectiveness in business process documentation, improvements, and problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise good judgment.
- Attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle, Project Management, Lean principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and read/write/speak English.

- Exposed to a combination of normal office type environments.
Salary Range
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $180k – $200k
